Petit-Boeuf

My choice for Lausanne's best restaurant. Very limited menu mainly meat grilled at your table with a variety of delicious sauces. Not to mention delectable thin cut fries. My friend Sebastian recommends the beef tartare. Not super cheap but the price is well worth the product. The atmosphere is trashy classy with the restaurants aging appearance adding to its charm. The staff are well dressed and well informed and the restaurant usually goes full so reservation is recommended.

I would order -

The steak tartare
The beef entrecote cooked at the table

Average price per head - CHF 55
