Clearly a trap to catch sushi loving EHL students, Sushi Zen in Epalinges offers individually plastic wrapped sushi rolls varying in price from 2-5 CHF a piece!! The sushi is alright, nothing special but will satisfy the craving. Also available are assortments of rolls, edamame, and various udon dishes.Here is where it gets good... On Monday evenings from 7.30pm to 8pm all sushi rolls are available at 2 chf, this means you can eat the expensive ones for cheap. 20 makis will cost 20 CHF. This is the only time i would recommend to go here.

Concerning sushi in Europe in general, the rule of thumb is: "Just don't", unless its a restaurant who has invited a 3 star Michelin Japanese chef from Japan.
